I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Taylor Huitema for premiering my Concerto for Bari Sax yesterday! This piece was my largest project to date, at about 18 minutes long and with 33 saxophonists as part of the consortium.

It was such a pleasure collaborating with Taylor throughout this process. The piece has been over a year in the making and Taylor was constantly on call to give me feedback, record passages, and answer all my silly questions about how to write for the instrument.
