Unbelievably excited to announce that I won first prize in the Donald Sinta Quartet’s annual Composition Competition with my new piece Volcanic Ash! I had a blast working with this ensemble last year and hearing their performance of Polar Vortex, so much so that I wrote the new piece specifically for this competition! I can’t wait for the premiere!
